9 &10 juillet 2012 | Le judaïsme face au défi politico-religieux de l’empire romain

Ce colloque, organisé par le CPAF, a pour but de poser les premiers jalons d’une étude renouvelée des rapports entre le judaïsme et Rome, à savoir le défi politico-religieux qu’a représenté l’impérialisme romain pour le judaïsme.

Il réunit des spécialistes du judaïsme hellénistique et du judaïsme rabbinique, des historiens de Rome et en particulier de l’idéologie impériale romaine, des spécialistes de l’historiographie tant grecque que romaine et de la seconde sophistique, ainsi que des historiens du christianisme.

À la Maison méditerranéenne des sciences de l’homme (Aix-en-Provence) - Auditorium Paul-Albert Février.
